Amber Parket is a Russian brand of flooring. Production under this brand started in 2022 in the Kaliningrad region at a facility that belonged to two well-known parquet brands: "BAUWERK PARKETT" (Switzerland) and "BOEN" (Norway), both of which began operations in 2003.
After 2022, Amber Parket became an independent Russian full-cycle enterprise, absorbing all the experience and technologies of the founding companies.
Amber Parket's production facilities cover over 10,000 m².
The production of high-quality parquet begins with the selection of wood, which undergoes deep processing, starting from log cutting and ending with the production of the finished parquet board.
Wood goes through several stages, including drying, rough processing, milling, and fine polishing.
After fine polishing, each parquet element undergoes individual processing, including impregnation with special compounds, the application of a protective layer, and finishing.
High-quality parquet must meet a range of requirements, including a long service life, resistance to wear, moisture, and mechanical impact.
For ten years, the enterprise has successfully used the Synchronous Production System (SPS — synchronized production system, TOYOTA) — an analogue of the Russian Lean Manufacturing System.
We care about the environment
Recognizing the importance of nature and its resources, Amber Parket actively participates in environmental programs and initiatives for forest regeneration. We strive to use only eco-friendly materials and technologies that do not harm the surrounding environment.
Additionally, the company actively supports programs for planting new trees and restoring forests in various regions of the world. All these measures help preserve our planet and ensure its prosperous future.
The program for planting new trees and forest regeneration should aim to increase forest cover and conserve natural resources.
The primary goal of this program is the gradual restoration of forest cover. Such an approach will be effective if organized as a comprehensive and planned effort for tree planting and care. It is important to remember that such programs must be long-term to achieve positive results and preserve forests for many years.
